PALM INNOVATION ACADEMY RAINY DAY DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

Rooms 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 & 29 will dismiss from their classroom. You can enter through the front office or through the side gate by room 104.
Rooms 102 & 103 will dismiss through their back door facing 8th street.
Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 16 & 17 will dismiss from their classroom. You can enter through either one of the two doors facing Palm Avenue.
Rooms 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, will dismiss from their classroom. You can enter through the side gate on 7thstreet and go straight to the classroom.
Older siblings will go to the younger sibling’s classroom so you will only have to go to the younger sibling’s classroom to pick up your children.

 
ESCUELA PALM PROCEDIMIENTO DE DESPEDIR EN DIA LLUVIOSO

Salones 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 & 29 se despedirán de su salón. Podrán entrar por la oficina o por la cerca que está a un lado del salón 104.
Salones 102 y 103 se despedirán por la puerta de atrás de cada salón que se encuentra sobre la calle 8.
Salones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 16 & 17 se despedirá del salón. Podrán entrar por las puertas de en medio que están sobre la Avenida Palm cerca del salón 1 y 4.
Salones 8, 9, 10, 12, y 13, se despedirá del salón y podrán entrar por la cerca sobre la calle 7.
Los alumnos que tengan hermanos/as menores irán al salón de ellos y usted tendrá que ir al salón de su hijo/a menor para recogerlos juntos.

Morning Procedures: Parents may drop off their children on 8th Street to enter the big gates at 7:45am; students who will be eating breakfast may go to the cafeteria. If you plan to come in to the school please park across the street, off of 7th or in designated areas on 8th, visitors must sign-in through the front office. School opens at 7:45 am and begins promptly at 8:15am. (Kindergarten schedules are above).

Dismissal for 1st and 2nd grade students will be off of 8th and Maple on the campus field, 3rd – 5th dismissal is on 7th Street. The older siblings can pick up younger siblings from the dismissal area on Maple & 8th with prior written permission from the parent. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure teachers are aware of this arrangement. They must then exit out Maple and 8th – NOT through the front of the school. Bike riders must exit out 8th & Maple or 7th Street, NOT through the school and they must wear a helmet!

For the SAFETY of ALL students; these are the only two exits permitted after school. Adults will not be permitted to cross through the campus during dismissal so please ensure arrangements are made with your child to meet you in the correct dismissal area. After 15 minutes all teachers will bring students to the office area and sign them in with a supervisor. At this time, parents must wait in line to sign-out their children from the supervisor. Please call the office if you will be a few minutes late at (951) 845-9579.
